.uma colher de chá de fermento em pó
.raspas de limão
Recheio:
.uma lata de leite condensado
.4 colheres de sopa de sumo de limão
.raspas de limão
Cobertura:
.2 claras
.3 colheres de sopa de açucar
Preparação:
Bater mais ou menos 10 minutos a manteiga com o açucar e as gemas até obter um creme branco.Sobre este creme peneire aos poucos a farinha de trigo e o fermento,junte as raspas de limão e misture bem com as mãos até formar uma bola macia e que desprenda das mãos.Deixe descansar por meia-hora e abra então a massa com um rolo numa superficie polvilhada com farinha.Forre o fundo da forma.
Fure a massa com um garfo e leve ao forno previamente aquecido,a 180º, por mais ou menos meia-hora,até a massa ficar dourada.Retire do forno e deixe arrefecer.
Enquanto arrefece,faz-se o recheio,misture o leite condensado com o sumo e as raspas de limão e reserve.
Para a cobertura,bata as claras em castelo,adicionando aos poucos o açucar até ficar firme.
Coloque o recheio na tarte já fria e sobre ele a cobertura.Leve ao forno quente(220º) até o suspiro dourar.(mais ou menos 10 minutos)
Desenforme e coloque num prato.
